She has 25 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, developing and advising financial institutions on business strategies. Ms. Burley is the sole shareholder and qualifies ACA as a Woman Owned Minority Business that holds several WBE certifications with government agencies. |

Chris has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Many of those years included project management. Chris is responsible for division coordination and administration. |

Tony has been with ACA for 4 years. His extensive construction experience includes 8 years of field work on jobsites and 20 years of estimating and project management. As Vice President, Tony is involved with contract negotiations, sub contractor management and risk management. He also heads up the estimating/project manager department for the division. |

Harv has over 40 years of varied experience in the Construction and Construction Management Industry. Harv came to ACA in 2003 after 20 years with Simon Properties. His extensive experiences in the industry include Project Management, Estimating, Value Engineering and Construction Management. |

Ms. Caplan qualifies ACA as a General Contractor business. She brings to the company an array of business experience including owning and operating her own business before coming to ACA. She is involved with upper management in analyzing and developing strategies to improve and expand the direction of the company |

Michael Alexander LEED AP
Director of Sustainability/Communications |
Michael Alexander works with our customers, subcontractors and field personal to maximize Green Building
techniques. Michael has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years and brings new insight and
vision to how we can build buildings while minimizing the effect on the environment. In addition to being a LEED AP
Michael assists with other aspects of the company. |

Glen Colli
Operations Manager |
As Operations Manager for ACA, Mr. Colli exercises extensive management and leadership skills. He has over 23
years experience in all phases of interior finish systems. Mr. Colli has been with ACA since 1999 overseeing the field
staff, safety management and project quality control. He is instrumental in coordinating operational efforts between
owner/contractor and the field staff for both the Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando offices. |

Division Manager—Orlando Mr. Vidal has been involved in the construction industry since 1985. Scott came to ACA in 2000 with experience in
all aspects of the Drywall and Plastering trades. His areas of expertise include estimating, contract negotiations,
project management, job costing, and construction design. |
